    E-invoicing: a question to anticipate

The French reform requires all companies to receive electronic invoices from 1 September 2026, and large and intermediate-sized companies to issue them from that date. SMEs will follow on 1 September 2027. Concur Invoice is still not widely deployed in France. If you are considering it, we work with you to assess how to connect it with your Approved Platform (Plateforme Agréée) and your ERP from the scoping phase.

    Frequently asked questions

Can Concur Invoice receive electronic invoices?

Concur Invoice is still not widely used in France, and we have not yet implemented this use case for a client. Receiving electronic invoices through an Approved Platform (Plateforme Agréée) is conceivable: we assess it with you during scoping, depending on your platform and ERP.

Do you need to deploy Concur Expense to use Concur Invoice?

No, Concur Invoice can be deployed on its own. However, the two modules share some configuration (master data, approval workflows, ERP integration), which makes a joint deployment easier.

How long does a Concur Invoice deployment take?

Generally allow between 4 and 6 months.
